My name is Anastasia, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your interest in developing more self-love through yoga.
Regularly nurturing my inner harmony – through meditation and yoga practice – helps me to be fully present in the here and now. To live consciously in the present moment, to deal mindfully with past experiences, and to be calm with thoughts about the future.
Through various yoga practices, I also give attention and love to my physical well-being.
I look forward to accompanying you on this warm and empowering journey. Physical condition or age are irrelevant – the program will be individually tailored to you.
